Shipping Overview
Leuie, Creative Living  has carefully selected each of the brands and manufacturers that are featured on our site. We stock all of our items in our studio boutique.

Typically, all of our orders are shipped via Canada Post. Depending your location, and urgency of your order, we will ship via Canada Post, Fedex, UPS or other 3rd party carriers. Please note our carriers are required to obtain a signature upon delivery.

Shipping Within Canada
All pricing is shown in Canadian Dollars (CAD). All orders placed within Canada are subject to applicable taxes. Upon checkout, customers will be given an invoice amount excluding taxes. A new invoice will be sent with a grand total (including taxes) and requires a confirmation within 48 hours to process or cancel the order. 

Delays in Delivery
Leuie, Creative Living can not be held responsible for delivery of parcels where external circumstances or elements beyond their control interfere in the normally delivery of a product. Neither of the two parties will have failed in its contractual obligations, insofar as their execution is delayed, blocked or prevented by circumstances beyond their control. Circumstances beyond control will be regarded as that which are external to the two parties, unforeseeable, inevitable, independent of the will of the parties, and which could not be prevented by them, despite all reasonably possible efforts.

The party affected by such circumstances will warn the other party within ten working days from the date on which the first party will have learnt of it.

The two parties will communicate with each other within a month, except if this is impossible due to external circumstances beyond their control, to examine the situation and reach agreement on the conditions under which the execution of the contract will be continued.

External circumstances and elements include but are not limited to - all-out strikes or partial ones, external or within the company, a blockage of supplies or transport for whatever reason, legal or governmental restrictions, computer breakdowns, earthquakes, fires, storms, floods, lightning, —breakdown of telecommunications or network works not under control of the Customer or Leuie, Creative Living.

Freight Shipping
Certain items available on Leuie, Creative Living - because they are too heavy or require special handling - may have to be shipped via a 3rd party freight carrier. Leuie, Creative Living will contact you via email prior to shipping your product(s). You will need to respond to this by return email indicating that we can proceed with the order . If your purchase is delivered via Freight, you will be contacted by the Freight company by telephone  typically 1-2 days prior to delivery (typically during M-F business hours), to schedule a delivery appointment. You will need to be present to sign for the item.


Freight shipments are brought to the curb side only and do not include assembly, installation or delivery inside a residence or office. Some delivery companies may charge more if there are extraordinary shipping/delivery circumstances. If you have any concerns, please contact us.

With freight shipments, you are also required to inspect the packaging and items immediately upon receipt and indicate on the packaging and/or paperwork if there is visible damage. You may choose to refuse delivery of the item(s) only if the damage appears severe.
 Please note that customers will be responsible for round-trip shipping costs on Freight Delivery returns that are not damaged.

International Shipping
We ship to the US and other international locations but additional shipping fees may apply. You can choose a shipping method on checkout, which offers the total shipping costs for your order.


Outside of Canada, we do not charge sales taxes, although you may be liable for import duties and taxes on some items. You are responsible for paying import duties and taxes to your country. Customs in each country has the right to open, inspect, detain or refuse delivery of the product. Leuie, Creative Living has no control over the product when it reaches your border. You shall indemnify and hold harmless Leuie, Creative Living, its officers, directors, employees, suppliers, affiliates, partners, service providers, consultants, representatives, and agents from and against any claim, cause of action or demand, including, but not limited to, reasonable legal, accounting and other professional fees brought as a result of the purchase of your product(s) and its handling at your country's border or by any authority in your country. If your country refuses delivery into the country and returns your product(s) to us, we will contact you by email.

Lead Times
All items for offer on our website are in stock in our boutique.  We make every effort to ensure that your merchandise reaches you accurately and expediently. Orders are processed Monday to Friday, and typically ship within 24-48 hours from confirmation.  Your merchandise should then arrive within 2 to 10 business days from the shipping date depending on the shipping method you choose. Periodically, we at Leuie, Creative Living travel to Europe to hand select products for our studio boutique. When these occasions occur, a note will be posted on the Leuie website to notify our customers of extended dates for shipping.
