Is Leuie.com a secured website?

Yes.  Any information you transmit on Leuie.com is processed by an industry-standard data encryption system call Secure Socket Layer (SSL).  We do not store your information on our computers.  Your information is stored by our merchant services provider (Paypal) on their secured server.

What is your confidentiality policy?

Customers may purchase from Leuie with or without having to create an official account on the e-boutique. However, when you create an order, your name, address, email address and other vital information to conduct business must be provided. However, rest assured that Leuie will only share necessary personal information for the purpose processing of your order through our merchant service provider and shipping.  Please refer to our Privacy and Security page.

Where does Leuie deliver?

Leuie is happy to deliver your order to anywhere in the world—from London to a tiny town within Alaska.

What are the delivery costs and shipping times?

How can I track my order?

You will receive an email with your Canada Post tracking number.

How is my order packaged?

We take care to present and package your order beautifully. Like a gift, items are wrapped in lovely tissue and are accompanied with our card. In order to pass on efficient shipping costs, small and compact items, such as a piece of clothing, are packaged within an envelope. Other items that are larger or require bubble wrap to ensure their safe delivery, such as luggage and décor items, are carefully packaged within boxes.

How can I return or exchange a product ordered on Leuie.com?

We wish for each customer to be delighted with their purchase, but if for some reason you wish to purchase a different size or another item from our shop more fitting to your needs, please send us an email with your request and we will guide you on how to process an exchange or store credit. Please note : we do *not* offer refunds—only an exchange or store credit. Items must be sent back to Leuie within one week of receiving your order. Each item is to be sent back to Leuie in perfect condition, unworn, unused, with tags still attached and the receipt. Each exchange must be validated by us. The shipping and packaging cost of your exchange is at your expense. Please refer to our Returns page.

Which payment methods are accepted on Leuie.com?

Our merchant service provider is PayPal, therefore all major credit cards are accepted like Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover, as well, you may log into your own PayPal Account.

How do I know which size to choose?

For footwear, please see our size chart, with measurements and suggestions for fit. If you are unsure which size to select, please feel free to email us and we will be happy to assist in any way we can.

Do you have a gift service?

We are happy to gift wrap your purchase, so that your order may be sent directly to the recipient of your choice. Our special and beautiful items are carefully wrapped in tissue and placed in a gift box with a postcard and your special note on the back. 

Do you offer special pricing to industry?

If you are a professional in the creative industry—be it architecture, interior design, or the like—and have discovered an item (or items) within our boutique that is well suited to your project, please contact sarah@leuie.com with the details. We do offer special pricing to professionals and would be happy to discuss your project and the possibilities.
